Bollywood Actor Sooraj Pancoli has drawn nearer the Bombay high court looking for the arrival of his international ID to empower him to travel abroad on work. Equity Mridula Bhatkar issued notification to the CBI, that is testing the body of evidence against Sooraj for purportedly abetting performing artist Jiah Khan’s suicide, requesting that they react to the supplication. The court has planned the matter for further hearing on Wednesday.
Sooraj said that he was required to travel abroad for his expert assignments and required his international ID which was saved with the examination organization as a major aspect of the conditions for his discharge on safeguard. The performing artist said that he would give back the visa to the powers on his return.Jiah was discovered swinging from the roof of her living arrangement on June 3, 2013 and her beau Sooraj was accused of driving her to submit suicide. The HC had exchanged the case to the CBI after Rabia drew closer the court asserting her little girl was killed.
In December 2015, the CBI documented a charge sheet against Sooraj for abetting Jiah’s suicide. Another seat of the HC is listening to a request by Jiah’s mom Rabia Khan, who has asserted that her girl was killed and the CBI had neglected to legitimately research the case. She has looked for the court’s requests to the state to delegate an exceptional examination group to further test the case.
